Information for speakers

1. Presentation time for each paper is 20 minutes. Please leave about 3 minutes for discussion.

2. An LCD projector and a computer (MS Windows XP) with a CD-ROM drive, USB ports, and presentation software (MS Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Reader) will be available in each conference room.

   Speakers' own laptops are welcomed. AC outlets will be available. Mac users are requested to bring a VGA interface adapter.

   An overhead projector will be available on request. Neither 35mm slide projector nor VHS video player will be available.

   Speakers who will use the computer equipped in the conference room are advised to check software compatibility. Speakers who will use their own laptop are advised to check the interface between their laptop and the projector.

3. Speakers are requested to arrive in their session room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session. But it is strongly recommended to arrive early enough to be able to solve unexpected computer-related problems before your session starts.

  Buses to the aquarium will depart at 6:15pm from the conference venue.
