NOTICE: We apologize for changing the conference registration fees. NOLTA registration is handled by a US-based company and, hence, the fees need to be paid in US rather than Canadian dollars. The difference implies $\approx 5$% increase in registration fees.

• All registration fees covers attendance of the conference, CD proceedings, reception, and banquet.
• At least one of the authors must register the conference no later than July 25th, 2007. Otherwise, the paper is not included in the proceedings.
